This set includes all $2 “Red Seals” including the Star (or replacement) notes. Star notes were printed for all 14 different series, so a complete set will consist of 28 notes. Most notes in this set, including the majority of the Stars, are relatively available and will prove little trouble to the average collector. Several of the Star notes, however, are difficult to locate in high grades—for example, the 1928A* and the 1928E*—and the 1928B* is a legendary rarity with only two known Uncirculated examples.
