This is a challenging 11-note set to complete, with one note from each of the 11 district banks that were issued (Richmond notes were not printed), as the San Francisco and St. Louis notes are not easily located, particularly in top grades. This is, however, a popularly collected set, and a complete collection is an obtainable goal for most collectors.
